Daily visiting hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

4. I'm a student, am I allowed to visit Cairo ICT 2008, and is there a dress code for coming?
Anyone is allowed to visit Cairo ICT 2008, students and non-entry ticket holders will be requested to purchase either a daily or a 4-day ticket to the event upon arrival at the exhibition grounds. Dress code for visiting Cairo ICT is smart casual and children will not be permitted to the event.
Daily entrance tickets will be charged as follows:
LE 10 - Daily Ticket (including Exhibition Catalogue)
LE 20 - 4 Day Ticket
5. How do I get more information on Cairo ICT 2008?
You can have monthly newsletters and press release e-mailed to you with updated news and related information on the event by subscribing on our database section on the website.
6. Where will the technology section be located this year?
The technology section will be located in the main exhibition halls as follows:
Hall 1: information technology, software and national pavilions.
Hall 2: IT hard ware, Office Automation and Electronics.
Hall 3: Communication, Networking and Enterprise Solutions.
Hall 4: Telecommunication, Telecom Operators and Satellite Communications.
7. Where will the Cairo ICT 2008 Forum be located?
The official forum will be located in Mycrinos hall, while the company presentations will be held in the Mezzanine hall. Exact locations will be indicated in the official forum catalogue.
8. Who will exhibit in the Technology Section?
Regional and international players in the fields of telecommunication, networking, information technology, computing, electronics, system integrators, telecom operators, data carriers, banking and broadcast technology exhibit their latest technology trends, services and products.
9. What about Cairo ICT Forum?
Cairo ICT forum is by far the strongest regional forum tackling a wide array of ICT applications, industry issues in several domains. Cairo ICT forum is held parallel to the exhibition
The Forum is divided into three tracks:
1- Business Track.
2- Technology Track.
3- Live Debates.
10. How can I exhibit?
You can either contact one of our sales team in order to furnish you with all the details for participation, or you can download the registration contract fill it in and fax it and/or e-mail it back to our aforementioned contacts.
11. What is the cost of exhibiting in the technology section?
$285/m2 for raw space
$351 /m2 for equipped stand
N.B: Equipped stand $66/m2 plus $285m2

12. Our company is exhibiting at Cairo ICT 2008 how do we get more information on offered sponsorship packages?

13. Can you help me if I need a special design for my stand?
We can recommend our official contractors for your assistance. Please check our business partners link on the website for their full contact information.
We recommend our official boot contractor "Pico Egypt " to all Cairo ICT 2008 exhibitors. Please refer to the Service Contractors form in the Exhibitor Manual.
14. How many car passes shall I have for my company?
Each exhibitor shall have a minimum of 2 car passes depending on space booked
15. How do I request exhibitor's badges?
You can request your badges by filling in the exhibitor badges form at the exhibitor manual. Exhibitors shall not exceed the deadline for their submission of requested badges otherwise any additional badges will be charged upon by organizer ($3 for each additional exhibitor badge).
Please fill in the Exhibitor Badges form at Cairo ICT 2008 Exhibitor Manual with your requested number of badges, the number of requested name badges refers directly to the exhibitor stand size. No request for additional exhibitor badges should be made for any exhibitors after submission of the exhibitor badges form to the organizer.
16. Where will visitors registration desks be located?
Visitors registrations are located at the CIC foyer, a special fast-track registration lane is dedicated to online and pre-registered visitors.

17. Can I hang banners from the ceiling in the main hall and how?
You can hang banner from the ceiling in the main halls above your stand location only, not all locations have access to hanging banners. Exhibitors requesting forklift rental for such service will have to inform organizer prior to exhibition mantling dates.

18. For international exhibitors do you have special travel arrangement packages offered during the exhibition and can you help me with my stand/material shipment?
For shipping and travel arrangements please refer to the service contractor's form in Cairo ICT 2008 exhibitor manual.
19. How can I find my stand onsite during construction?
Tradefairs International staff members will be available in the organizers office at the CICC during the mantling dates, you can contact anyone there for assistance otherwise your stand location will be indicated on the floor plan at the entrance of the main halls.

20. Is there any cafeteria or restaurant in the exhibition and where is their location?
Yes there is a cafeteria and restaurant at the mezzanine level of the CICC, which opens its doors on the first exhibition day, during mantling days rotating cafeterias will be available in main halls to serve exhibitors.

21. Is there any security provided by the organizer during the mantling and dismantling days?
Organizer will not be held responsible for the security of the stand during the mantling and dismantling days. Exhibitors will also be responsible for their stands, equipment and all displayed items during exhibition days from 09:00 a.m. to 08.30 p.m. A representative from each company has to be present to ensure the security of equipment.
22. What are the daily hours for mantling and dismantling?
Mantling for raw-space exhibitors only will start on February 24 th - 27 th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Mantling for shell-scheme space exhibitors will start on February 24 th from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Dismantling will be after closing hours on February 27th 2008. Exhibitors will not be permitted to dismantle their stands until main halls are completely evacuated from visitors & after closing hours 8pm.
23. Is there a business center at the exhibition grounds?
Yes there will be a business center sponsored by Xerox Egypt offering exhibitors and visitors facilities such as copying, faxing and photocopying during the exhibition days. Business center location will be indicated on the floor plan in the entrance of the main hall.
24. Are there any public pay phones in the CICC?
Yes there are prepaid phone cabinets at the ground level of the CICC.
