整个世界都在安全技术方面；无论是IT基础，甚至还在物理方面都倾注很大的消费，中东正在觉醒并意识到更需要在这个方面的消费。随着最近事态的发展，阿拉伯世界越来越意识到这一事实。这2天洽谈会的活动会让有关专家和专业人士会晤，以讨论如何进行风险管理，其核心是制定一个有效的策略，为从政府到社区、从企业到学术界的设置都能找到有效的手段来管理潜在的风险，并在需要的时候能及时应用。

IT高管论坛

由于IT已成为大多数企业的生命线，根据企业的规模和结构，IT高层管理人员无论是企业的IT副总裁，还是IT经理，他们在企业内的决策变得越来越有影响力。这是2012年开罗ICT所举办的IT高管论坛为双边的讨论提供的一个平台，双方当事人将举行面对面的会谈，不仅发表自己的间接，同时还可以聆听对方的见解，使双方都会懂得如何提高投资的回报率，并在各自的业务中做出更大的贡献。

电信首脑会议

在过去的15年，开罗ICT一直精心致力于电信事业。运营商和厂商都一直认为家庭电信事业是件大事。大多数的网络都选择开罗ICT，做出重要声明并启动，埃及政府也是如此。共享采用新技术成功的故事，如LTE，并讨论新的收入机遇和内容的交付时间事宜，现在比以前做得更加完美；在2012年开罗ICT首脑会议的区域将汇集运营商的顶尖人物、运营商和监管机构围绕这些事项进行论坛。

2012年开罗ICT还设有世界信息峰会大奖（WSA），它是一个全球性的活动，选拔世界上最好的电子内容和最具创新的信息通信技术的应用，并列入到第16轮的开罗ICT，作为一个新的维数，深受着国际特别关注，并将是牟利开辟新前景的动力。 WSA是在2003年由奥地利发起，也已被了列入联合国“信息社会世界首脑会议”（WSIS）的框架内，是通过全球网络合作伙伴共同举办的，由国际新媒体中心协调的。WSA的合作伙伴来自各国政府、私营部门和民间社会，超过160个会员。如您想了解更多的信息，请登录 http://www.wsis-award.org

为什么在埃及举办展览？

在埃及举办开罗ICT展览，显然是因为埃及有足够的本地市场，从一个人口接近9千万到有7387万的移动用户，并有2415万互联网用户，移动互联网用户的年均增长率为90.32％。显然埃及在中东和非洲区域是最大的使用通信技术国家。但如果你想知道关于埃及革命后，埃及克服一切困难的国际业务监控实体，有4％的GDP增长预测。埃及对政府、企业和民间都使用非常进步的信息和通信技术。区域范围如果开罗ICT已经在过去15年里拥有自己的区域，2012年从规模上已从1抵达10，埃及正逐渐拥有越来越多的ICT区域，并已伸展其双臂趋向其他非洲国家和阿拉伯世界，区域范围包括政府和私营部门。为我们的赞助商、参展商和访客针对在未被发现或没有ICT区域带来和创造机会。针对不同的非洲和中东地区同世界其他区域无法匹配网络的高管提供高管服务机会。但是，我们所提及的地区还是充满着挑战，我们将携手国际组织，共同努力以寻求更先进的信息和通信技术；并正在寻求促进电子内容和移动应用推广到世界各地，以给世界各地的千百万人带来令人难以置信的新局面。

手机应用论坛

应用程序和规则：手持着丰富的经验对于移动的应用，我们现在只讨论智能手机功能的发展方向，而大多数阿拉伯非洲移动电话用户仍携带传统（功能）的手机。在展览馆厅内设有由跨国公司所演示的手机应用程序，对年轻企业家声称有最好的平台，让他们寻求以证明所出现的错误，并展示其自身的发展。其实涉及到智能手机这一领域这并不是唯一的问题，而是要等到就有关其价格、电池寿命、使用的复杂性及其有关的其他一系列问题，将在听取用户的反馈建议和意见后，做出正确的评估，才会是这一领域的重大飞跃。
